After about 10 years in the field of low-income & cooperative housing, I felt ready for a change. I received excellent training at the Brian Utting School of Massage (now Cortiva Institute) in Seattle, WA. I've been practicing massage since 2003. I belong to the American Massage Therapy Association

and received my national certification through the NCBTMB in 2006. I am also certified through the state of California.

For those of you new to massage, you may have questions about what it’s like. The most frequently asked question is “do I take my clothes off?” This is a decision I leave to you. I want you to be comfortable. I am able to do a massage while the client is fully dressed and if that is your preference, I like to honor that. Most clients feel comfortable undressing to some degree because they are under a sheet with only the body part I’m working on brought out from under the sheet. Some clients leave their undergarments on and that is also your decision. If you have any questions about this or anything else, please feel free to ask. Massage while the client is undressed and not under a sheet is not allowed by the City of La Cañada Flintridge. To be clear, the massage therapy I provide is non-sexual in nature. Any clients with sexually-oriented intentions are not welcome.
